Als Business Analist ondersteun je de Controller bij het automatiseren van rapportages, het analyseren van cijfers en het optimaliseren van processen binnen de organisatie. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor betrouwbare stuurinformatie, het verbeteren en digitaliseren van processen en het adviseren van het management.

Je schakelt moeiteloos tussen finance, operations en IT en levert zo een belangrijke bijdrage aan een efficiënte en datagedreven bedrijfsvoering.

Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Controller en werkt nauw samen met de directie en afdeling Finance, Planning en Sales.

Opstellen van rapportages en managementinformatie

Ontwikkelen en beheren van dashboards en rapportagetools (o.a. Power BI)

Analyseren van resultaten en vertalen naar concrete verbeteracties

Initiëren, implementeren en borgen van verbetervoorstellen

Adviseren van directie en management op basis van data-analyses

Verbeteren en digitaliseren van financiële en operationele processen

Ondersteunen bij afsluitingen (maand, kwartaal, jaar) en applicatiebeheer

Bijdragen aan de inzet van AI in de bedrijfsvoering

Afgeronde HBO/WO-opleiding, bijvoorbeeld in Bedrijfskunde, Bedrijfseconomie, Business IT & Management of Informatica

Affiniteit met ERP-systemen, Excel, BI en AI

Proactief, zelfstandig en resultaatgericht

Communicatief vaardig, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk

Teamgericht, maar ook in staat zelfstandig te werken

Nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en kwaliteitsgericht
