Volunteer vacancy: Logistics Coordinator Eventing Flevoland

As Logistics Coordinator, you are responsible for ensuring that all logistics processes surrounding Eventing Flevoland run smoothly and safely. You ensure that visitors, participants, and employees can reach and leave the site without any problems. In addition, you manage a team that provides support with these tasks.

Coordinating and managing parking policy during the event

Managing parking attendants and volunteers

Ensuring smooth traffic flow around the event site

Coordinate with traffic controllers, municipality, and any emergency services

Preparing and communicating traffic and parking instructions

Managing and supervising employees from the asylum seekers' center who are assigned to logistical tasks

Ensuring the correct execution of the work

Quickly and effectively resolving logistical bottlenecks during the event

Ensuring a safe working environment for all involved

You have strong organizational skills and are able to work under pressure.

You can maintain a good overview and switch quickly

Experience with event logistics is an advantage.

A varied and responsible position within a major sporting event

Valuable experience in event organization

A few consultation meetings during the preparation phase, full availability on the competition days during the event.

It is also possible to perform this role with two people. For example, take on the challenge with a friend and help out at Eventing Flevoland, our province's premier equestrian event!
