Senior UX/UI Designer

Envolutions is looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to help shape websites, platforms, and digital products for a wide range of clients.

You know how to turn complexity into clarity. You combine strong visual design with solid UX thinking, and you understand how to create digital experiences that are intuitive, effective, and ready for development.

This role is mainly focused on client work, ranging from SME projects to larger digitalization trajectories where we design and build platforms.

Design websites, platforms, and digital products for clients

Translate business goals and user needs into strong UX/UI concepts

Create user flows, wireframes, UI designs, and interactive prototypes

Improve usability, structure, and consistency across products

Build scalable design patterns and contribute to design systems

Work closely with project managers and developers

Deliver clear, development-ready design handoffs

Contribute visual direction where relevant

Proven experience as a Senior UX/UI Designer

A strong portfolio with website and platform design work

Deep understanding of UX, interaction design, and UI best practices

Ability to think strategically and execute with precision

Experience in client-facing design projects

Strong communication and collaboration skills

High level of ownership, quality, and attention to detail

Experience with branding or visual identity
