Are you following a bachelor or master course and are you available for around 6 months? Then we are looking for you!

EGM is one of the largest and most versatile architecture firms in the Netherlands. From our office in Dordrecht, around 80 colleagues design healthy buildings: from interiors to masterplans, from small-scale to very complex. As a full?service firm we handle design, detailing and execution. We work in an integrated and innovative way, primarily for healthcare, government and industry.

Our architecture is human?centred, integrated and buildable. In multidisciplinary teams we work from the first sketch through to Definitive Design (DO) and execution. We translate ideas into clear concepts, 3D models, drawings and details, with attention to experience, technology and sustainability. We value initiative and an inquisitive mindset.

As an Architecture Intern, you are a full member of a design team. You contribute from the initial concept through to DO: creating sketches, 3D models and visualisations, developing drawings and details, conducting site and user analyses, and preparing presentations and scale models (maquettes). You join meetings and, where possible, visit the construction site. You’ll have a mentor, clear learning objectives and room for your own initiative or a stage/graduation assignment.

study architecture at a technical university (TU) and want to be part of our team,

are a team player who can also work independently,

have strong design skills and experience with Revit, Rhino and the Adobe Creative Suite,

are creative, proactive, communicative, enthusiastic and eager to learn, as reflected in your CV,

are available at least 4 days per week for a minimum of 5 months.

your own workstation in a stimulating, informal studio where you experience the architecture profession from A to Z in practice,

the chance to quickly explore different aspects of our design assignments, with guidance from senior architects,

insight into and support with choosing your master’s or further studies,
