Heat Treatment Operator 2 Shifts

What will you do?
As an operator, you are the linchpin in the heat treatment process. You set up installations, operate them and monitor the process to ensure that materials acquire exactly the desired properties. Safety, quality and efficiency are your top priorities.

• Loading and unloading oven batches;
• Setting up and adjusting processes;
• Monitoring process progress and making adjustments where necessary;
• Carrying out maintenance and minor repairs to installations;
• Complying with safety and environmental regulations.

What will you bring?

• Vocational education (MBO) level of working and thinking, preferably in a technical field;
• Experience as an operator, preferably in heat treatment or production;
• Technical insight and feel for machines and installations;
• Eye for quality and independence.
