Crossdock Forklift Driver – 3 Shifts

Would you like to start with a direct contract? Are you interested in becoming part of a team involved in the production of specialized products made from natural oils and fats? Our client in Venlo is currently looking for a Crossdock Forklift Driver to join their 3-shift operation.

What do we offer?
• Starting salary of approximately ‚ € 3,150 gross per month, including a 15% shift allowance;
• Direct one-year contract with the company;
• Travel allowance from 5 km one-way distance;
• 22 vacation days for full-time employment, plus 2 additional days for a year without sickness absence;
• 32 ADV hours, paid as an additional 1.54% salary through the Individual Choice Budget (IKB);
• Participation in a collective pension scheme with an employer contribution of up to 31.5%;
• Working in an informal team with short communication lines;
• Plenty of room for personal input and creativity.

What will you do?

• Load and unload trucks, including groupage and general cargo shipments;
• Scan goods in and out of the warehouse;
• Prepare shipments for dispatch;
• Check quantities and inspect goods for damage;
• Complete pallet forms and sign transport documents;
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment;
• Work in a rotating 3-shift schedule:
  Early Shift: 07:00 AM - 03:30 PM
  (Mondays: 05:00 AM - 03:30 PM for two team members)
  Late Shift: 03:30 PM - 12:00 AM
  Night Shift: 10:30 PM - 07:00 AM
  (Thursdays: 09:30 PM - 06:00 AM)

What do you bring?

• Experience as a forklift driver;
• Experience with loading groupage or general cargo is preferred;
• Ability to work safely and accurately;
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and rotating shifts;
• Strong organizational skills and logistical insight;
• Fluent in Dutch, English, or German.
