📋 Identifying, communicating and connecting with various organizations to expand our presence in Germany

🚀 You are a native German speaker with at least 1,5 years of experience in sales or consulting

⭐ In Utrecht, €2400-3400, workations, Friday afternoon drinks, a lot of flexibility

😄 Working in an open organization with short lines of communication and swift action.

💛 Contributing to a world where social organizations can make an even greater impact.

Consultative Selling : Engage in daily one-on-one conversations with non-profit organizations. Assess their challenges and goals, and inspire them with how our pool of expert volunteers can help them achieve up to 10 times more with their projects.

Pipeline Management: Take charge of setting up (email) campaigns, conducting conversations, and following up on opportunities to reach your goals.

Research and Lead Qualification: Identify new growth opportunities and ensure leads are qualified for our platform.

Process Improvements: We're all about growth hacking. Contribute to enhancing our internal processes, sales campaigns, and business strategies.

In short, it's a role filled with responsibility and room to explore, experiment, and learn.

Native German Speaker with strong communication skills.

Good English writing, speaking and reading skills

At least 1.5 years work experience in sales or consulting

You are commercially strong, but your starting point is always that you want to help someone further. We call this Consultative Selling.

Excellent communication. You can articulate ideas clearly, listen actively, and ask insightful questions.

Empathetic. You possess the ability to understand and connect with others.

You are a go-getter. You know and can formulate your goals while working hard on them to reach them as well.
