Security Agent for international Airline

In this role you’re part of a close-knit team in a fast-paced, international environment. Together, you ensure the safety of passengers, aircraft and baggage on every flight. Schiphol is your home base, but your work reaches far beyond, from Scandinavia to other global stations, you’ll be deployed around three times a year to support international teams. No two flights are the same, and your role is as dynamic as the destinations you serve.

Every flight begins with a clear mission.

Before takeoff your shift begins with a team briefing. Together with 14 to 18 colleagues, you gather to go over the goals, responsibilities, and specific details of the flight ahead. No two flights are ever the same, each one brings a unique set of tasks, stations, and challenges. You’ll often be responsible for multiple roles at once, which keeps the work dynamic and engaging.

As a team, you’re essential to the smooth and safe operation of every flight. Your contribution makes a real impact. You’ll receive top-level training to prepare you for this fast-paced environment, so you can step into any role with confidence.

• You’re fluent in English both spoken and written, it’s our daily working language.

Let’s dive into what you can expect:

• You will receive a salary from €20,32 to €22,54 per hour, depending on experience.
  These amounts do not include various surcharges, such as irregularity surcharges.
• You will receive an annual contract of 32 hours per week, with the prospect of a permanent position.
  An average shift lasts 6 hours, but depends on the mission. Every Saturday you are free from work.
• You will receive the fringe benefits from the Collective Labour Agreement for Private Security.
  With, among other things, a travel allowance of €0,23 per kilometer.
• Quality and international experience
  We attach great importance to quality. That’s why we offer various training courses to keep your knowledge and skills up to date. You will also travel abroad several times a year, either for training or for work-related purposes.
