TLC Nursing Associates, Inc. is seeking an experienced RN – Nurse Educator for travel assignments in healthcare facilities. This role involves developing and implementing educational programs for nursing staff, ensuring high-quality patient care, and fostering professional development . The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching, strong clinical expertise, and excellent communication skills.

Design and deliver training programs for nurses and healthcare staff .

Assess learning needs and create educational materials .

Provide clinical instruction and mentorship .

Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and best practices .

Conduct orientation sessions for new hires .

Evaluate and improve nursing competency and performance .

Travel to various healthcare facilities to provide training .

Education: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license , BSN or MSN preferred.

Experience: Minimum 3+ years in nursing education or staff training .

Skills: Strong teaching, leadership, and communication skills .

Certifications: BLS required; CNE or other education certifications preferred .

Travel Readiness: Willingness to accept travel assignments .
