As a Senior Draftsman in the Shipbuilding Engineering department, you will play a key role in shaping the structural integrity of world-class yachts.

Creating technical drawings for yacht construction based on initial design plans.

Delivering detailed working drawings for the Production department.

Supporting the technical realization process throughout the full yacht build cycle.

Collaborating closely with an international team of engineers.

Seeing your designs materialize directly in the production halls next door.

EU citizenship is required for this position

Higher Professional Education: BSc / MSc in Mechanical Engineering or relevant study

Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience in Yacht / Shipbuilding industry

Strong background in structural design within the shipbuilding sector

Proficiency in 3D Modelling (Rhino, Catia) and Autocad 2D

Strong command of English, both spoken and written

Passion for luxury yachts and complex technical challenges

Ambitious, communicative, detail-oriented, and team-minded

Gross annual salary between € 52.000,- and € 60.000,- depending on experience.

Assistance with relocation, visa applications, housing advice, and general support.
