Je gaat aan de slag bij CityGIS, de marktleider op het gebied van mission critical software voor instanties binnen de openbare orde en veiligheid. Denk hierbij aan ambulance, politie, brandweer en de 112-meldkamer. Deze klanten rekenen 24/7, 365 dagen per jaar op onze producten zoals meldkamersystemen, navigatiesystemen specifiek ontwikkelt voor de OOV, elektronisch ritformulier voor ambulances en onze landelijke servers. We opereren vanuit een statig monumentaal kantoorpand met parkeergelegenheid en goede bereikbaarheid met het openbaar vervoer. Zo’n 50 medewerkers zijn dagelijks bezig met het ontwikkelen en verbeteren van software dat op wereldwijd niveau haast niet te evenaren is.

Als IT Operations Specialist maak je deel uit van een dynamisch supportteam dat een cruciale rol speelt in het waarborgen van de veiligheid. Je bent dan ook thuis in de wereld van troubleshooten, systeembeheer, netwerkbeheer en IT is jouw passie. Om problemen snel en adequaat op te lossen is het erg belangrijk dat je met een proactieve houding luistert naar de klant om zo te ontdekken wat er aan de hand is.

Je helpt klanten via telefoon, remote login en e-mail, en zorgt ervoor dat problemen snel en zelfstandig worden opgelost. Jouw vermogen om problemen direct aan te pakken, maakt een wereld van verschil. In deze functie is het van groot belang dat je technische ondersteuning biedt in een omgeving waar elke seconde het verschil kan maken.

Een afgerond MBO4- of HBO-diploma in een technische richting

Kennis van troubleshooten binnen Windows Server-omgevingen

Kennis van databases zoals MSSQL en/of MySQL

Je bent communicatief vaardig, collegiaal en klantgericht

Een salarisindicatie tussen de €2.500,- en €3.500,- bruto op basis van een 40-urige werkweek, afhankelijk van kennis en niveau

Toeslag van €100,- per dag dat je 24×7 dienst draait

Thuiswerken bespreekbaar zodra je volledig ingewerkt bent

Mogelijkheden voor trainingen en het behalen van certificaten

Werk waarbij je je steentje bijdraagt aan de internationale hulpverlening
