As a Housekeeping Runner, you will play a crucial role in supporting our housekeeping team to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and organization throughout our establishment.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

Assisting housekeeping staff with various tasks, including but not limited to, delivering linens, toiletries, and cleaning supplies to designated areas.
Ensuring that all guest rooms and public areas are adequately stocked with amenities and supplies.
Assisting in the removal of trash and dirty linens from guest rooms and public areas.
Reporting any maintenance issues or cleanliness concerns to the appropriate department.
Providing exceptional customer service to guests by responding promptly and courteously to requests and inquiries.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred but not required.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed.
