About the job 

Together with your team, you as an independently working chef are responsible for preparing our famous dishes, always with an eye for top quality.
Along with your colleagues, you take care of the mise en place and support our independent chefs, sous-chef, and head chef when needed. And of course, you ensure a spotlessly clean kitchen, following the strict guidelines of Cannibale Royale.

• Do you also know your way around the HACCP principles? Perfect!
• You live in Amsterdam/Rotterdam or nearby.
• When it comes to languages, you have a good command of Dutch and/or English.
