We are looking for a Second-Line Risk Specialist to join the team and ensure robust oversight of third-party and outsourcing arrangements.

Provide independent second-line oversight of third-party and outsourcing risk.

Review and challenge risk assessments and control frameworks.

Evaluate material outsourcing arrangements to ensure alignment with internal policies and external regulations.

Advise internal stakeholders on regulatory expectations, specifically regarding DORA and EBA Guidelines.

Collaborate with various business lines to embed robust risk management practices.

You will be joining a major, confidential financial institution based in Amsterdam. Known for its commitment to high standards and regulatory excellence, the organization offers a professional and collaborative environment. This role is a hybrid position, requiring your presence at the Amsterdam office approximately 2 days per week, with Wednesday being a fixed office day.

A competitive monthly salary between €7,600 and €8,700, commensurate with experience.

A temporary contract for one year (September 1, 2026 – September 1, 2027).
