To be eligible for our Graduate Program, you must meet the following requirements:
be pursuing or have completed a Master’s or PhD degree in The Netherlands,
have less than three years of relevant work experience,
have graduated prior to your first day at Shell.
Shell offers a permanent contract which includes the following benefits:
Competitive starting salary with annual performance related salary increase
Commuting/Homeworking allowance or public transport card
A total of 37 annual leave days, excluding public holidays
A personal budget to pursue educational opportunities, professional development, and life-long-learning
