OPLEIDING EN ONTWIKKELING VAN VAARDIGHEDEN

Om teams goed te laten presteren, is opleiding op het terrein een belangrijk aandachtspunt voor de ontwikkeling en groei van de werknemers in onze bedrijven.

Het voeren van een ambitieus opleidingsbeleid is een van onze topprioriteiten. De AGS Groep heeft zijn bestaande en traditionele opleidingsprogramma’s aangevuld met de oprichting in 2016 van een opleidingsinstantie voor middelgrote ondernemingen via het merk ALETIA .

Via dit initiatief bieden wij opleidingen en ontwikkeling aan die aangepast zijn aan de werking en de uitdagingen van een middelgrote onderneming.

Ongeacht de functie van een werknemer, zijn vaardigheden of kwalificaties, iedereen draagt bij tot de duurzaamheid van het bedrijf.

Wij bevorderen de ontwikkeling van vertrouwensrelaties tussen onze medewerkers, wij ondersteunen jonge mensen die in ons vakgebied instappen en wij creëren partnerschappen met scholen en bedrijven in Afrika en Azië om diversiteit te bevorderen.

Elk jaar verwelkomen wij een aantal stagiaires en wij zijn een fervent ambassadeur van het V.I.E. Programme (Volunteer in International Enterprise).
