Lead the AI transformation of an established financial software company.

This is more than a technology leadership role. You'll define the AI strategy, inspire engineering teams, and shape the future of a product portfolio spanning cloud modernisation, SaaS and AI-native products.

What you'll do

• Lead the adoption of AI, LLMs and AI agents across the software development lifecycle.
• Own the technology roadmap for multiple products, balancing legacy modernisation, cloud transformation and AI innovation.
• Coach and grow a high-performing engineering team, creating an AI-first culture.
• Bridge business strategy and technical execution, making bold decisions that drive innovation.

What you'll bring

• Experience leading software engineering teams through large-scale technology transformation.
• Hands-on expertise with Azure, .NET, cloud architecture and modern engineering practices.
• Proven experience with Generative AI, LLMs and AI agents.
• A strategic mindset with the ability to inspire teams and deliver results.
• Fluency in Dutch and English
