Engineer / Programmer 3D

At 3Dtec we look for the challenge in the impossible. Often our customers have already followed several paths but have come to a dead end before they approach us to think along in a design suitable for laser. If you are someone who dares to deviate from conventional ideas and methods, you will feel like a fish in water with us. The customer's thoughts must be translated into a design suitable for laser welding where quality or process advantage can be achieved. Or will knowledge of molding techniques mean that a design can be made in an alternative way with 3D laser cutting.

Your knowledge of 3D CAD is a must for this. In a dedicated CAM package, you then convert the model into a program for the various 3D laser cells. Specific laser knowledge is useful here, but colleagues will certainly assist in this. You will build up the know-how and maintain it in practice at the installations. Testing the program and the selected parameters gives you even more insight into the technology.  There are modern tools at your disposal for welding research and 3D measurement. This also applies to the preliminary phase in which we use 3D scanning, 3D printing, flow and thermal simulation. 3Dtec is a frontrunner in the application of 3D laser technology in metal. With 4 laser installations, a wide variety of products are manufactured for a wide variety of industries, ranging from aerospace, automotive, semiconductor, healthcare, food processing to design.

We are a relatively young and small company of 20 employees and work for (large) renowned  customers. We have various certifications and approvals to meet the demands of these demanding customers.
